EPOD Solar is a Grid-Integrated, eco-power utility and electric power systems provider. The Company’s operations include the engineering and construction of turnkey factories for solar panel production and material handling systems. Additionally, the Company has subsidiaries involved in the manufacturing of inverters, rectifiers, energy management systems, and solar panels. EPOD Solar assumed its business pursuant to a reorganization with EPOD International that was completed in February 2008 in which all outstanding shares of EPOD International have been transmitted to shares of EPOD Solar by operation of law.
